1. Services Offered

• We provide individual counselling sessions, individual and group coaching sessions, corporate coaching, webinars, and, produce blog content for educational purposes.
• All bookings are made online via our booking form and third-party platforms.

• 2. User Obligations 
• Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent. 
• Users should not misuse or interfere with the website or services. 
• Users should be respectful in comments and blog interactions.

• 3. Payments & Bookings 
• Appointments are scheduled via a booking link- Payments are made manually via UPI or bank transfer.
• Sessions will be confirmed only after payment and form completion.

• 4. Cancellations & Refunds 
• Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation occurs on the same day, you may be billed 50% of the session fee.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation without prior notice, you will be billed the full session fee (100%).
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, without prior notice or no-shows might not be eligible for refund.
• Refund requests for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• 5. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sakshinegi.com and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited. You may only use the content for personal, noncommercial purposes unless otherwise permitted.

• Our services are intended to support personal growth, and well-being.
